so one thing about eating this way is occasionally you need to remind yourself to eat. Today is one of those days. I have been under the weather for a bit now and I was hit pretty hard today and I really don't feel like doing anything.
Breakfast was coffee and 2 deviled eggs. (meaning 4 halves) Yeah I know mom says they are for 'special occasions' but ya know what....every day IS special so eat and enjoy.
By lunch I was feeling pretty nasty and didn't want food so I just grabbed a yogurt. I eat full fat greek yogurt. It is YUMMY.
Dinner tonight. That will be a challenge. You see it is kids night at Buffalo Wild Wings. I do not feel like going so the plan is left overs. But I cave pretty quickly when those sweet little girls of mine say but but moooom it's kids night. stay tuned.....
