Our Summer Vacation

So what is this, the paper you did in school What did you do on YOUR summer vacation LOL Well Chris is off for the next 9 days and since Maya needs to avoid the sun for two more weeks Florida with my side of the family was kind of out. Plus once we thought about all the junk we'd have to take for the kids we just said yeah not this year but thanks for the invite Today we took the kids to Domino Farms petting zoo. See here http://www.pettingfarm.com/ We took Lauren last year but she was so little we thought we'd try again. Well let's just say she is most certainly a city girl. Hates pretty much everything about the farm. The animals freaked her out and then there was a duck that got up right next to her and started quacking. Not cool. I am holding Maya and Chris had two cameras in his hands we we scrambling to rescue her. We got her and she wanted to be held the rest of the time. Poor kiddo. She had no interest in feeding or petting the animals. Maya on the other hand was looking around as if to say now where did these two nuts take me. She was pretty into the animals. She loved looking at them and for once I was a bit nervous about the germs and didn't let her touch anything. And some awesome news. Maya kept ALL her food down today!!!! WTG!
