A little help from Google and creative placement of a pan I pulled off a pot roast. :). Chris said he was pretty impressed since I have such a limited kitchen that I was even attempting to cook dinner. I am trying to make life as normal as possible as quickly as possible for the girls. Seems to be working.
Tonight's menu it roasted lamb steaks with potato and butternut squash.
I ventured out today while the girls were at school. I am gaining confidence and almost didn't have to think about every move I made. Almost. Not bad since it's only the 5th time behind the wheel.
This is my crazy small oven :)
